Well was the 15 at Rayburn and the 14 at Conroe official SAL with TPWD coming out? Or are you talking about just the amount of 13lbers. Or all Lunkers 8+. And do you want to include Camelot Bell, looks like they kick out 13lbers every day.

I think with all this late winter temps we will only see 6 SAL that includes the 15 and 13lber already caught!

Not sure they take them dead. AND not certain he even called SAL or TPWD. Story did not give that detail but interesting to know.

I’m going with 7 Legacy SL’s officially “shared” with TPW so better than last year. AH has 1 + the usual suspects - Rayburn, TB, Fork, Falcon, Roberts, Naconiche, and .......Chambers!
Go get ‘em!

I'm going to say 8 to 10. I love to see pics of big fish. I think some lakes are getting ready to produce some big fish.

6 qualified for SAL this past weekend at Rayburn....I'd guess that, that number would go up here shortly

I may be wrong, but I only consider 13# fish a SAL. They also need to be admitted into the program to be counted. Fish fro 8-12.99# that get a sticker are awesome, but not the ones I think we associate SAL with. There are also some potential 13+ that may never be spoken about that an angler just releases (wouldn’t be me).

Under 13lbs is not a SAL. It's a nice fish. Not a REAL SAL
