This morning, there must have been 25-30 cars and trucks parked on either side of Hwy 78 where it goes over the East Fort of the Trinity River below Lavon Dam. Since they have opened one gate on Lavon Dam at about 400cfs release, I'm wondering if the hybrids and sand bass have started running upstream from Lake Ray Hubbard?

I didn't have time to stop and look but it looks like something is going on there.

It’s called nice weather! Not enough flow to draw any interest to me yet. More flow=more pescados
