With all this talk about 'Olds' on this forum, I am trying to determine when a person fits in the 'Olds' category.

I came up with this list to help you realize that you are in fact an 'Old' if you answer yes to more than 10 of these. If you answer yes to 5 to 7 of these, you're getting real close.

1. You have to Google the names of 'new' singers/celebrities posted on here to see who they are.
2. You don't want to see your handle show up on TBird's HB Posts because you realize that you are just getting older or you completely forgot that it was your birthday.
3. You think any girl is Hot on a 'Hot or Not' post because the last time your wife looked like that was many moons ago. This also relates to Hump Day posts.
4. You find Millennials to be lazy, un-intelligent and they just tick you off in general.
5. You wake up each morning to a new pain or ache and just wish you could just wake up to a 'Stiffy' every once in awhile.
6. You walk into a room and then struggle to remember why the hell you're in there.
7. You no longer get acne on your face but now you get it on your arse.
8. You wake up in the middle of the night to pee and it ain't because you pounded a six pack before you went to bed.
9. You have found grey/white hair in your private areas.
10. Your 'give a damn' button doesn't work anymore.
11. You now consume more pills than cans of beer on any given day.
12. You gave up fishing for Bass and now you fish for Crappie because you got tired of all the casting required.
13. You could care less how fast your boat goes because 35 mph is fast enough to run to your next spot because its too windy, too rough, too cold or your just not in a hurry no more to catch a damn fish.
14. You can relate to any sickness, pain, medical procedure that is posted in the OT and you post your own personal experience about it because you have gone through it.
15. You welcome the day that the Grim Reaper comes to visit because at this point your tired of it and just want it to be over with already.


Please post up any ones that I may have missed but realize that more than likely it relates to you personally and means you are an 'Old'.

16. Your BS meter hasn't moved out of the red in years.

17. you no longer trust a fart.

18. You drove to the gas station but forgot why so turned around and went back home.

11. You now consume more pills than cans of beer on any given day.

sometimes I cant remember if I took the one pill I take daily. I just take it again to make sure I take it.

I think ... wait, what was this post about?

19. You look for a sweater when it's 80 degrees.
20. You actually own several sweaters.
21. You think slip-ons are the greatest thing ever because you black out when you bend over to tie a shoe.
22. You have to unzip your fly to find your belly button.

23. you take 1/2 a Viagra so you wont pee on your crocks.

23. You check the Obituaries each morning to make sure your name is not in there.
24. You quit buying green bananas because you may kick the bucket prior to them getting ripe.
25. You really start to pay attention to nose and ear hairs, because they grow like crazy.

I got maybe one. I do have some aches and pains somedays that I dont think I had 10 years ago.

But otherwise I am good. Not an old... but its coming I know.
