scammers like this make reputable roof sales professionals look bad. there should never be ANY money exchanged until the job is complete and the home owner is more than satisfied. Plus #1.

NEVER pay up front The problem with many elderly people are that they are not in their right mind.  Their faculties diminish over time so even their close loved ones do not recognize it.
