 problems with Lowrance Elite 12 Ti

When I hit about 1000', it stops working. Does the unit have a 50kHz setting that I am missing? I am only seeing 200 and 80 something - don't have the unit in front of me right now.

Don't see a 50HZ setting in Lowrance product spec.'s.
All-in-one transducer featuring Broadband, CHIRP, StructureScan HD and DownScan Imaging™
Supports 83/200kHz Broadband sonar frequencies
Supports Medium and High CHIRP frequencies
Supports 455/800kHz StructureScan frequencies

When I hit about 1000', it stops working. Does the unit have a 50kHz setting that I am missing? I am only seeing 200 and 80 something - don't have the unit in front of me right now. 1000! Feet!!!! Lol. Jeez. I don’t even have enough line on any reel I own to be able to fish that deep. Haha.

Yes, 83 is how I have it set, but every time I was hitting about 900+ feet, I lost sonor.

Most of the fish I was chasing were suspended within about 100 feet of the surface, but I still want to be able to see my depth.

Check your "ping" setting and adjust to max.
