I did see no swimming unless in designated swimming areas (i,e; no bluffs, Cold Hole, EH, or spillway creek)
Did anyone see a minimum size limit for keeping rainbows, or a restriction on the use of treble hooks?

Opposite. Bait restriction has been removed, so there is no bait restriction.
