Have a Skeeter ZX225. It will fit in garage but I need help with backing it into the corner of the garage. Will require a little angling and pushing over a small 1 inch lip where garage meets driveway slab. Run out of room when backing in with truck. Are there any recommendations on a dolly that will support the weight and be easy enough to push?? Thanks for recommendations!

Borrow a set of go-jacks and try them. It may work and save you some money.

Try a set of Go-jacks. I'm amazed at how easy my boat is to maneuver.

I agree with the Trailet Valet route. I tried 4 1500 lb. capacity wheel dollies from Northern, no dice would not budge. Called the GoJack folks and they suggested I buy one dolly for each wheel (4 x $250.00) which would have been $1000.00 plus. Found a refurbished Trailer Valet on Ebay for $600.00. It arrived in a factory packed carton and looked like it had never touched the ground. It moves my Z520 sideways into garage in low gear with no problem. Only issue is when the driveway is wet the tires do slip, but otherwise it's been an workable option at a reasonable cost. I've been doing it this way for 20 years. Go-Jaks are the way to go. I only use one Go-Jak and jack it up on one side only. At that point, it is easy enough to push over and fit right in the corner of the garage.

Thanks for go jack ideas. Never used one before so this may be a dumb question-my trailer is dual axle. Do I need 4 go jacks or 2 for one side or just one on a rear tire? Also, will the go jack hop over the garage lip easy enough?

TTT-looking for proper way to get GoJack to work on a dual axle trailer.......4 GoJacks (for each wheel) or 2 GoJacks for front or back wheels? Okie Poke talked about using just one which would be a lot more affordable!

As I said in my prior post, when I called Go Jak sales/customer service they advised me that I would need 4 units, one for each tire. I was thinking I would only need two because of the 6300 lb. figure in their description. May want to double check me and give them a call yourself with your estimated boat/trailer weight. I use only one gojack and I put it on the front tire on one side. I first pushed the boat into the garage so I never had to hop the gojack over a lip. That may be more difficult to do. With it jacked all the way up and both wheels on one side off the ground, it's pretty easy to push boat to one side or the other. I also have a buddy that has two lightly used gojacks in great shape that he may be selling for cheap.

I have a 21 ft Basscat with a dual axle trailer. Torsion type axles. I use two go-jacks both on the rear axle tires. I am able to back my boat in far enough in the garage to have all tires and trailer jack in on the garage floor Then I put the go-jacks under the rear tires and move it wherever I want I'm not sure that the go-jacks would go over your lip in your garage

I will agree with this statement. Too much weight to just push and pop over the lip unless you get a running start. That prolly won't happen.

I have about the same problem. I was using an ATV but I only used it for backing in my boat and after a couple of carburetor rebuilds and other problems, I looked at several trailer dollies. I decided on TRAX Power Dolly Systems and am very happy with my choice. They're out of Canada. I talked to the owner before I bought it and it's an interesting story of how he started this company. It cost me plenty but still way cheaper than another 4-wheeler, or some of the more expensive trailer dollies. It took me a few tries to get it figured out just how to maneuver my Ranger Z118C but now I use it all the time and it works great. It has a switch for low/high speed. On high it goes faster than most other trailer dollies. I also have the lip to my garage and I just get it up to speed and it goes right over the lip with no problem. I've had it for about a year and a half and it still works great with next to no maintenance, just charge the batteries. I highly recommend the TRAX trailer dolly!

Get a Ranch Hand front bumper replacement with a receiver hitch. Pushing the boat as opposed to backing makes is much more maneuverable. The truck will look better, and you can hit a deer going 70 without a scratch or dent.
