Prop 5--Sounds like a sop to the ignorant anti-vaxxers.

Prop 6--Evidence that is taking place?

Prop 7--All monuments, or just the Alamo?

Prop 8--Sure, but you cannot discriminate while doing so.

Prop 9--No opinion.

Prop 10--What is magic about 12 years? Why not 6?

Overall, these are poorly worded and too general.

The wording is not the best. I had to go back to "diagramming" sentences to make sure my yes or no was accurate. Alas, you are in Kansas so these won't be on your ballot. Any props on any upcoming Kansas ballots?

I intepreted 9 different perhaps. This is what I mean by the wording not straight forward on some of these. I thought it meant that if someone is charged with murder, if they are a danger to society, bail should be set high, not real low so they can afford it. I dunno.

Yep.................I see what you are saying on that one. I may be wrong. I want bail to be the same for every segment of society.

9 says that if you get busted for a crime you will do the time unless you can pay bail. most bail bonds are 10% of the court ordered bail, at least it used to be.

I know for sure it was 10% in 1974 in Hampton, Virginia.

I would like to see this as a poll to see how it'd come out here.

By the way... your very first one. #1: Texas should not restrict or prohibit prayer in public schools.

That's fine. Kids can pray to whatever god they want to. It just can't be school mandated. How would you react to muslim prayer services? Pagan? Satanist? You have to realize the entire picture if you want to say prayer is allowed.

That list is only an opinion poll of REPUBLICAN voters. You'll see it if you vote in the Republican primary. If you vote in the democrat primary, you'll see a different list. Those propositions have no legal bearing.

You are absolutely correct. I thought for sure I had looked at both to compare. This throws everything off then. I thought we would all be voting on the same propositions. My bad.
Here is an example of the Dem ballot for Rockwall County:
