Right now? Ever?

I wouldn't say yes to either but he's in the top 5 right now and might end up as one of the best ever. I think a few years of non-FLW fishing (and winning) is needed before he's in that top tier.

But the guy is clearly on a different level than most anglers.

Agree. Best all round no. He can’t hang off shore with a lot of the guys. Best shallow very possible.

But yes, he is the best angler. I think he has proved he can win at every level in every major pro trail out there. All while doing it in an aluminum boat. Dudes a hammer no doubt!

I don't believe he has ever fished against a full field of the elites prior to them moving over to MLF...
