Air in the lines. Replaced the seals and it seemed good. Took it to the lake and not so much. Pretty sure I bled them good. Wasn't seeing any leakage before or now. Whats next?

I would bleed it again. Last one I installed took quite a bit to get all the air out. It doesn’t take hardly any air to foul one up.

Definitely continue bleeding system. Follow MFG bleeding procedures to a T. You know it's right when motor trimmed down, steering wheel centered, try and push motor manually left and right. You should have 1/4" or less of movement in either direction. If more than 1/4" continue bleeding system and checking.

Turn the steering wheel slowly, it froths the fluid and makes air entrapment.

Here is system that is both simple and can be made from stuff at the hardware store.
Easy to use and tips about the different fluids you can use.

They're a PITA to bleed and you have to get every bit of air out. That being said you can do it yourself or better with the help of a friend. Take your time and do it EXACTLY as seastar describes and all will be good. Took me awhile to get all the air out of mine....
