I was diagnosied with Leukemia at 5, 50 years in remission. I was a St. Jude kid. Man that's cool! I'm not much on donations, but that's one I usually don't pass up.

Nobody in my family has died of cancer. My grandpa died in a flood, grandma of heart disease. One of my grandmothers (not biological) and both of my parents (one not biological) still alive (I'm only 35).
Good friend at work died of brain cancer a few years ago. Diagnosed over Thanksgiving break and he was gone just after Christmas. Awful. But it sounds like I've been much less affected it by it than most of yall.

My deepest condolences to all that have lost loved ones to cancer.

Grandma died from cancer (don't know which kind). From the time they took the tumor sample to the time they identified the type, the tumor had doubled in size. I do remember it was pretty fast growing and real aggressive. She didn't last 2 months after diagnosis. Uncle died from prostate cancer. I've survived prostate cancer (radiation treatment only, no surgery - clean since Jan 2012).

Stage 4 pancreas cancer here. The chemo may take me out before the cancer does. My prayer and hope is a healing from the Master. Thanks to my many family and friends for their prayers and support. The bass will be moving shallow soon and I hope to be there chunking at'em.
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed. Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.

But just a question , are you or have you been going to M.D. Anderson in Houston ? If any place can treat you professionally that is the place to go if possible .

Houston isn't possible Ron but thanks for the suggestion. My doctors are at the Charles Sammons Cancer Center and I believe in them. Their credentials are impeccable but they can only treat me whereas God can heal me as he did my mother.

My wife had stage 4 breast cancer but after surgery and 6 months chemo she is cancer free and has been since 2008 ! I believe in the power of prayer !!
