My 2cents In the 80's and 90's Bagley made a tin foil shad crank bait that was killer. It was the first bait to cost over $5 and they couldn't keep them on the shelf. They also made a top water balsa wood Bang o lure that was killer. Strangely they quit making both in the 90's.

You might want to visit Bagley's website ........ Bang-O-Lures are still available. I just bought some a couple of weeks ago.

Hair jig you are correct on Bagley still making the Bang o lure. My bad. I sure wish they would come back with the tin foil shad series in shallow, medium, and deep models.

Here is a pic of the old Bagleys Super Shallow Shad I found in a retired tackle box. We used to catch a ton of bass on these rippin them through the hydrilla in the 1980s on Fayette. Always had to change the hooks, & they didn't last very long, but man could they catch fish ! [Linked Image]
