Just curious how many rods you generally have on deck?

Do you find yourself doing better with more or fewer rods?

If I know what they're biting on three rods max, otherwise seven or more all with different techniques on.

Yesterday was 4, only used 3 of them.

Normally have 6 to 10 rods out on average. I like to junk fish and even if I figured a pattern I still try others.......

Once I leave the boat ramp I have no desire to try to get back into my rod box, so I typically have 14+ out. If there is a chance I might use it, I bring it out. Some don't get used all day, but at least I didn't have to adjust all the other rods on the deck so I could open the rod locker again.

10-14... I’ll throw the sink at the sometimes!

I dont like more than 6 out, 3 on each side. I'd rather get in the box. If I am on em, I normally have 3 or so out.

If I 100% know what I'm going to do just 2 or 3 with the same type bait just in case of a break off. If I'm not sure or even just fun fishing 10-12 with all sorts of stuff.

Depends on time of year and type of bite. Usually 4-8 is plenty.

11 on deck unless I go to lake Welsh. Then I have about 4-5 on deck.

I am identical to this.

I usually get out 8. This weekend I had about 13 out and my partner made me put some up. Tough to fish with that many rods and a crazy lab on the front deck.
