I have a friend with one and he likes it. I run the Stealth system and it is similar (without the gizmos) and awesome. Especially now that I have lithium. The battery is always full.

BTW, my buddy gets a lot of his work done at your place. Thanks for helping him out.

Just about all of the pro anglers that use poles have switched to the Charge. Little rich for my blood!

How did we ever catch anything without one? 🤔🤔🤔 How much are those pros paying for them? Zilch

Put the $1200 toward a set of Lithium TM batteries and you won't need to worry about the need to divert any of the alternator current to the TM batteries during the day. The discharge curve for Lithium is vastly different from traditional batteries, primarily in that they degrade very little as they are discharged - until the very end of the useful cycle. This equates to far more useful time from a single battery charge.

I personally have never had issue with regular ole batteries as long as the charger and batteries are good. I tend to cover alot of water and with my ultrex 24v still have battery at the end of tournament day. So even as a weekend warrior I just can’t justify lithium or even that system. It’s like we are all programmed to believe we have to buy latest and greatest when for most it’s just a hobby.

I've had my Ultrex spotlocked on windy points all day long and still have plenty of juice left at the end of the day, so I don't see the need or the benefit myself.

I guess if I was fishing 2 or 3 day tournaments and was unable to fully charge overnight...

$1399 retail seems a little bit steep for a battery charger even with all the bells and whistles. I don’t really have charger issues so why spend more?

I've been wondering why no one has came up this idea.. Finally!

I think if one has the money it would be a good investment....
