Who makes custom size rod sleeves.
Most have stock sizes.

Order a roll of wire sleeve and some heat shrink tubing and make your own. I made about 20 for less than $30

I make them myself as well but I roll the cuff to the outside twice so that the rods eyes don't hang up when you pull the rod out. Folding it inward looks nicer but I never could get it smooth enough for the rod eyes not to hang up.
