All 22 aminos build the proteins that produce healthy red blood cells, muscle, and boost immunity. I love fruits and vegetables but if I don't get protein from multiple sources every day I get cranky and bad headaches. The CDC recommends 56g/day or protein for men and 46g/day for women or 10-35% of your daily caloric intake.
