Since this thread is about nothing, Here is some useless info.
Saturday -------------- I got a new Garmin fish finder yesterday I had to go to Murchison Tx to get it from a TFF'r My phone was dying so I couldn't use my phone gps to find his casa. My charger sucked, so I stopped and got a new charger. Then the light on the charger wouldn't come on Somehow I blew a fuse.I had to pull over on the side of 175 and look at my fuse box. A cool guy and his hound dog stopped to make sure I was ok. I took a fuse from something else and put it where the lighter/aux was and got that working. I got there and got the fish finder and Eric let me fish the private lake where he lives I caught 4 nice catfish and he caught a nice crappie They tasted good
Today -------- Returned 2 guitar cables that went bad and got 2 new cables.I love the guitar center lifetime warranty. I haven't had to buy a new cable in years I played a $149.00 Squier Mustang guitar while I was there. And it was actually great sounding and played great.
Then I went to Academy to get a rod tip for my broken rod. I have been using the Mr.Crappie string and it breaks easily. Eric uses a string brand called "Vicious". he recommended it ,so I bought some 4 and 8 pound. They were out of 6. I got some Bobby Garland black and char jigs too.
I fixed my rod tip. Now I am chillin with a dog in my lap
The End
I predict you are going to love that Vicious string. Compared to Mr. Crappie string you’ll think that Vicious is magic on a spinning reel. I use 4# for trout, and bluegill, about half my crappie fishing and clear water sandbass fishing. You just cant deck flop a big fish with it. Daughter landed a 18 lb Buffalo that hit a small crappie jig on 4 lb. Vicious. On the Pecos river sandbass run last spring, one of the guys using 8 lb was not getting bit at all Two of us using 4 lb in that clear water were wearing them out. We spooled our buddy up with 4 and he went from nothing to sometimes 1 on every cast. Had to see it believe it but that one thing made all the difference. Eric is a good guy.

I am going to put the 4 pound on .. Mr Crappie 4 pound would break just tying the jig on. No telling how long that was sitting in the warehouse and then walmart
