Its usually kinda tough till around the middle to end of February. For the most part is does not fish good in winter bass wise.

Been good all winter. I think it’s one of the better winter time lakes imo. Quality hasn’t been the best but still up in numbers.

Lake is real low. I never found water over 50 degrees. I caught a few fish biggest going about 2.5

Bridgeport isn't low, just lower than a few months ago. Real low for that lake is 17' below full pool or more.

I know that’s what it shows but I’ve fished that lake for close to 20 years. It was hardly ever at full. And when it was it didn’t last long. Eagle Mt owns the water so they take all they want.

Lots of truth in that post. Its just really one huge rock quarry. When it gets low it fishes almost the exact same way as when its full. Those fish out there are not bothered by falling water much at all. Its what they know. I love it when its down a year or two then fills back up. They flock to flooded cover there like crazy.

its real low compared to the last time I fished it. Launching out of wise county makes it look low.
