 ProAngler Tackle crapy rod broke

If they replaced it what’s the issue?,I don’t own any of their rods but have only heard good things about them,don’t know as I have ever thrown a chatter bait for crappie(roadrunner maybe)but I would probably not be using a spinning rod for that.

I do catch an occasional crapy on a 1/2 oz chatterbait but have never heard of anglers using them just for crapys. but, im not a crapy angler...

The rod was almost certainly damaged earlier. A car door is a good possibility.

i have a 1/8 chatterbait and another even smaller that i ketch alota crapy on...with a black/chartreuse triple ripple trailer...yawl just don't know how 2 fish westx style...and NO, there was no car door or any other damage to the rod... ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2020/01/full-93089-37605-1.12.2.19.3.jpg)

I don’t think he has an issue, rather he was taking the opportunity to speak well about their customer service.

The rod was almost certainly damaged earlier. A car door is a good possibility. Snapped my 8' PA in my truck door  ordered a replacement tip section. It didn't fit! Called Pro Angler Tackle, they sent me a new rod
