Is there a big building (or big metal shop) around Lake Fork you can rent for a day? Some place where you could set up 50 or more tables with plenty of parking?

would you consider doing it like Bass Champs does for the "Skeeter" and Berkley tournaments. Just put up a huge tent somewhere where there is enough room for a lot of parking.

Not sure if Lake Fork Lodge is big enough. But maybe.

Actually, Billy Dyson and I talked about doing the tackle swap a few months before he died.

I understand. Let me know where I can help. I was looking at party venues earlier, there are a lot but require a fee.

What about a high school gym or a church?

Might try Yantis high school. They rent it out to the credit union for their annual meeting. And they do a catfish dinner for the fire company.
