Lieu’s Vietnamese Hwy 199 good stuff The Vietnamese, the shortest of all the Asian people...………. Also the cutest with Thai being a close second

Vietopia in Houston has a Vietnamese Hot and Sour Pho that is off the charts fantastic. I like spicy, but not just for spicy's sake. This stuff will light you up and have you begging for more. I'm glad I don't live close to them as I'd be sweating all the time.

I LOVE Pho.
Pho One is my go to in the Lewisville area. Man I would eat Pho everyday if I could. Its my favorite.
Pho Pauster also has a location in Addison or Carrolton in addition to Arlington that might be the best one I have had in Texas. But not so much better that I would drive out of my way past the one in my hood for it.

Good Pho in Austin is a place on Ohlen Road called Tan My. Eating there since the early 90's.

Take a cooler full of Trash fish, carp, buffalo, or gaspergoo in any combination, ask them if they want them for free. I guarantee you will eat for free! And they don't skimp typically old Asian women come out of the kitchen to thank you over and over while they keep bringing out entrees that you didn't order.
