Besides a crapper, Install the long urinal that goes down to the floor.

The cheap side is
The kit for a 30 x 40 (2) 8 ft doors (1) access door with wood frame is 6,500 ( no concrete) you build
Just helped finish one

Don’t forget about the concrete out in front that you will need for backing in and pulling out. I’ll be building one later this year, and I figure I will need about 40-50 ft from the garage door going outward.

Someone can chime in who has one built on how big the apron needs to be.

The cost is close to thirds, 1/3 material, 1/3 slab/dirt, 1/3 labor.

Since y’all are experts, trying to get a rough estimate for the value of barn for total house potential.

90x60’ total, 24x60 concrete, tack room, feed room and wash stall. 36x60 is dirt floor hay/trailer storage. 5 horse stalls, Wood/metal construction.

PM WAWI as that is his backyard. He knows the realtors to get you in a good place to make the right decision.
