Go to the places in the middle of high Asian populations. South Carrollton, or around Royal Lane in Dallas. IMO the best places are where you have to point at a picture to order because the menu is in Vietnamese and no one else in the restaurant speaks Engrish. Royal Ln at what crossroad?

There's a ton of Korean BBQ places there too. Excellent food, but you have to be somewhat adventurous.

I don't care for it myself, but did you doctor it right when it got to the table and add all the correct ingredients? Generous squeeze of hoisin, sriracha, all the green stuff, and lots of fresh squeezed lime?
Personally I prefer the grilled pork vermicelli with spring roll.
Yeah, it's got everything but sriracha. Lots of jalapenos can't make it taste any better. I gave up. Go over to Ginza Ramen across from the forum and get the tonkatsu ramen with chasu pork and an extra egg. It's not the best I've had but it's very good on a day like today. Didn't know there was a Ramen place there, I was just looking for one in Schertz the other day. I'll give it a try.

Night like tonight - we are big fans. Buy one order for $10 and it feeds both me and the misses. No complaints here.
