never have I ever eaten balut. They're not bad. You don't want 'em past about 18 days old though. The feathers get to be a bit much.

eggs put in pickled red beet juice is excellent, hard boil and let them sit in juice for a few days in the fridge.
pickled sausages at a bar I used to go to were great too.
ain't touchin pickled pig anything, nope, no way, not gonna happen, I know where those little hoofies have been.
Ever had menudo? ate a lot of it back when I lived in comfort, neighbors were mexican and she would give me some when hung over.

Ate, liked, and made both... and pickled sausages. Life's too short to be picky. You never know what you might love if you just try it. I am a proud picky guy- Life is too short to put what may be nasty things in my mouth I may not like-

Still make my own pickled eggs in whatever liquid is left over at the end of a jar of something I liked. Pickles, peppers, whatever. Pickled pigs feet? Loved them as a kid. The man behind the counter would pull one out of that huge jar and charge Dad a quarter. I tried one recently and just way too much fat on them these days.
In the nature of the game, I have never had raw fresh from the ocean conch salad, but I really want to.

Eggs yes the feet of pig NO
call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.
