I own a 2015 Ford Explorer with about 80,000 miles that the wife drives, It has an electric rack and pinion steering that gave out last week.
Waiting on parts now. About $2k to fix.
I'm not real proud of my ford right now.

Had a 2010 Ford F150. Blew transmission at 26/K. Service manager recommended not to tow with it (same time Ford advertising highest towing in "class"). Covered under warranty. In total burned up 7 coils. Three under warranty 4 not. Ac went out at 50/K (under extended warranty) and again at 80/K (not covered). At 100/K someone T-boned me at an intersection and put me out of my misery.
Bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra and have not looked back.

Bought a 2014 Toyota Tundra and have not looked back. Smart man. You probably stopped frequenting what burgers at 5 am for 3 hours of coffee talking and quit craving prunes when. You got in that tundra.
