What happens if the morning of your reservation you gave to change your tow vehicle? Will you still be allowed in since you had to put the license plate in weeks prior?

Yes. Just update your license plate at the entry shack, so they know if you’ve left, or boat trouble....whatever. They count you in and out via that plate number. It also needs to be on the front of the tow vehicle.

I always just put 1234567 because we usually don't know who is driving until the morning of. Just tell the guy at the shack when you check in. No big deal.

License plate was added last year to speed things up. it will not stop you from getting in. If you are not sure just put one letter in. It will accept a single character. That way they still have some room in the box on the sheet to write your number in.
