Those are good cooked with rice. My grandpa and great-uncle, both had restaurants in Mexico. They specialized in fresh chicken, grilled or guisada. They kept the chickens in the back in coupes and would catch them with a long stick with a hook on the end, to hook a foot and drag it to you. So there was a lot of leftover feet for all the kids. My aunt's would cook them with the rice, good stuff!

Chicken feet are great at dim sum.
Not my favorite but I always get an order of them. It's really just the skin and sauce you eat...they are boney. Done well it's a solid dish though. Chinese love it.

Chickens scratch dirt that they have pooped in. That is true. Cows eat grass in a field of cow poop. Pigs wallow in mud full of pee and poop. Fish swim in water that has drainage, and that many animals peep and poop in. Ya gotta acknowledge the genius of God and the beauty of nature.

Sorry but I don’t eat chicken or pig’s feet. I know where both have been!

Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.
