We buy the packets of HEB brand in The cheese section where all the shredded cheese is. It’s the way to go.

Scagnetti.....need a ruling on this Italiano cheese discussion. The stuff in the green can tastes like sawdust but we’ve all lived with it and used it Pre-shredded cheese is coated with cellulose to keep it from clumping but it severely inhibits the melting of the cheese and effects the taste Grating your own cheese is the way to go but both block Parmesan and Parmigiana Reggiano can be pricey and it will dry up even after storing it properly Asiago is an excellent substitute for Parmesan and is priced right I always have a block of Parmesan and a bag of grated Romano in my refrigerator because I like both and I’m too lazy to grate the Romano

so is braggin about wealth, so your point is? So is selling something that was given to you when you were down on your luck and then bragging about the new thing that you bought with the proceeds from that sale
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

Grate your own or use the one that is already grated in the box? I've had it both ways but don't use enough to grate my on. I use this. What do you use?
