Romo was 68% at predicting the next plays called last season. Itโs all about the stats
call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

All that money for what ? He never made it to the Super Bowl in his career and he always got hurt and when the backup quarterback got them to the point of play offs then Romo always came back in and caused them to loose it . I don't see where he's worth being an announcer ? If he was any good he would have been an announcer after he left football . Incredible.

Fixing to become the HIGHEST PAID T.V. Sports Commentator! ESPN made him an offer of 14 Million a year to do Monday Night Football! Class Act! Would improve greatly the ratings for Monday Night Football! Love it when he is in the booth!

He's great on TV. There is no correlation between how good a QB was at throwing the ball and how good they are in the booth.
Don Meredith--maybe the worst starting QB the Cowboys ever had::top five football broadcaster of all time Joe Montana--top five QB of all time::terrible TV commentator

I was listening to NFL radio on the way home and didn't catch who they had on. This guy could not. say any more than three words without stopping. Listening to him reminded me of a Butch post! It was Brett Favre..... and it was painful trying to listen to him.

I'll go ahead and modify what I said: Meredith was a good QB, but not great. I shouldn't have said he was one of the worst starting QBs in Cowboys's history.
The Joe Montana example is better.
