Seems high for an older 150 hp boat. Also may be under powered as my pro craft was a heavy boat.
I wouldn't worry much about those scratches

you could take it to a fiberglass repair shop and ask them for an opinion. I'm sure the seller would go along with that to get the sale.

and if it does need repair he may then lower the price based on the estimate.

Yep. Have fiberglass shop look at ENTIRE bottom
And transom And have a dealer test motor before buying. Every time. Save yourself the trouble.

Can't comment on crack potential, but boat is way over priced.

I worked fiberglass for years (repairing corvettes in a body shop) and it's easy to repair. Obviously it is going to be unsightly afterwards because unless you paint the entire hull it will be obvious. I wouldn't let that small flaw stop me from buying the boat if you take the cost of minor repair into consideration. OTOH .... due to the condition of the hull and all of the scratches, etc it appears at first glance that the previous owner had little concern for the looks of the hull and pulled it onto the bank habitually. THAT would give me pause because you have to ask yourself if they were that lackadaisical with the rest of the upkeep? Personally I wouldn't touch it because of that factor.

Looks like a typical used black hull.

Overpriced and under powered is my opinion. As far as the hull, my first thought is what else is the keelguard hiding? Looks like no carpet in the floor as well, that’ll be slicker than owl poop when wet. I would pass, but it’s your money.

Negative. Price includes value of outboard and trailer per NADA notes.

It’s definitely over-priced and under powered.
