I have been offered a free trolling motor. I looked it up and it may be worth what I am willing to take for free Can a salt water trolling motor be used in fresh water? It can be used in Fresh H20 no problems. I had one of those years ago, it worked pretty good, but will run batteries down in a hurry,

It can be used in Fresh H20 no problems. I had one of those years ago, it worked pretty good, but will run batteries down in a hurry, Thx, It is free..I guess I will take it

I have one on my Champ. Not sure of difference other than color. Maybe just more corrosion resistant. No problem running in any water.
