I just joined this forum, though I've lived in Texas for several years. I bought an Advanced Elements Firefly inflatable kayak on clearance for my Xmas present.Unfortunately I forgot my pump so I couldn't get it to the right pressure, but I was still able to paddle around a lake for several hours (Beuscher) and managed to catch a few nice bass. I was trying for trout, but didn't catch any of them. The bass are missing the stripe, so I'm not sure which kind they are.I only caught 3 all day, so I got the impression that there aren't many bass in this lake.

Thanks for pics. Don't know if I have the intestinal fortitude for using an inflatable, with stumps and such especially when water is down due to lack of rain.
That picture of the lake is awesome.Any how glad you found the TFF and I believe you'll enjoy the folks here. welcome

Welcome to the forum. I suggest storing the kayak, pump, paddle and PFD all in the same location.
