I have had decent luck with Academy's H2O Express brand bass rods in the past (Ethos Nano line).

I noticed the other day that they make a 10' 2 piece crappie rod now. (Not sure if this is new to their lineup or maybe I have just never noticed).

They go for $29, so I figured why not, and bought one to try out. I have not got it on the water yet, but hope to this week.

Has anybody ever used this rod and if so, any negative or positive feedback on it?

Thanks!
Austin

One of my fishing buddies uses them...I know the tips will break off easily....when you jam the log that is holding your stuck jig! Seriously, like anything, you get what you pay for. BTW, he likes those rods, and I have never really fished them, so I have no first hand experience. I will say he catches fish with them, and holds his own, so they must be fairly sensitive. My advice, get on the water, try them out...see what YOU think!
