The port closed on the 10th due the windy weather.
MarlinVery slow this week, few being caught off the Light House on live bait and lures.
We caught: 1 spearfish on Tuesday, 1 marlin on Wednesday and 2 on Saturday.
Dorado Not too many dorados this week due the cool water temperatures. We have had our best luck at Rancho Migrino and Los Arcos, most of the fish are been caught on lures and live bait.
We caught: 5 dorados on Monday, 2 on Wednesday and 3 dorados.
Tuna Few tunas the first days of the week at the HorseShoe on hoochies and cedar plugs. Last days has been very slow.
We caught: 13 tunas on Monday and 22 on Tuesday.
WahooNot great, any caught this week.
SierraGood numbers of sierras from Solmar all the way at rancho Migrino on hoochies; early morning bite.
We caught: 7 sierras on Monday and 10 on Wednesday.

WEATHER: The next 14 day outlook for Cabo San Lucas shows the average daytime maximum temperature will be around 26°C, with a high for the two weeks of 28°C expected on the afternoon of Tuesday 14th. The average minimum temperature will be 18°C, dipping to its lowest on the morning of Sunday 12th at 14°C. The next 14 days will remain predominantly dry. On the whole winds are likely to be light.

1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt and ground black pepper to taste
12 slices lemon
DIRECTIONS1. Preheat the oven's broiler and set the oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source. Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Rub both sides of each mackerel fillet with olive oil and place with the skin side down into the prepared baking dish. Season each fillet with the paprika, salt, and pepper. Top each fillet with two lemon slices.
3. Bake the fillets under the broiler until the fish just begins to flake, 5 to 7 minutes. Serve immediately.
The Real MojitoINGREDIENTS:10 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime, cut into 4 wedges
2 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
1 cup ice cubes
1 1/2 fluid ounces white rum
1/2 cup club soda
DIRECTIONSPlace mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, and fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir, taste, and add more sugar if desired. Garnish with the remaining lime wedge.
BEWARE: Please beware of the guys in the street selling boat charters. If you wait till the day you are fishing and go to the dock where your boat is many times people will mislead you to another boat or dock trying to put you on a boat that was not meant for you. You need to have a person guide you to your boat, who is from a reputable charter company. This way there is no confusion or misleading. Please remember when renting Sport fishing boats in Cabo that you rent your boat from reputable and established business. Walk into a fishing fleet office and ask questions about what you are getting and what are the costs? You don't want to rent boats from vendors in the streets and you do not want to book through shady websites offering you the world. Check through travel forums about reputable fishing fleets to deal with. Look for testimonials about the fleet your booking, your charter with. Ask about what will the boat be supplying? Will it include beverages or lunches? How much does it cost to fillet your catch? Check to see if charter boat is insured? Ask about getting your catch smoked? Check cost of a fishing license. These are just a few things to consider when booking your charter boat. We will be talking more about this in the next weeks fishing report.
