I'll let you know. I'm camping there the first week of Feb for a little recon! Planning a trip there middle of Feb. Never been before are most people fishing from the bank or in boats? Was planning on taking my kayak with me.

Yeh I would take the yak to get away from the crowds in the limited bank fishing area.

We caught 32 last weekend between 2 of us. They are definently moving up. These were caught about 2 miles down river from CBSP.

Depends on the time of year. Right now down river & it’s slow but you catch magnum whites. Late feb through late March stay shallows & catch keepers, but big numbers. Been fishing that stretch of river for 15 yrs. If the whites or crappie don’t bite the blue cat bite is awesome yr round.

Caught 4 small males and a crappie. We trolled down to the waterfall. Its not on like i hoped it would be.
