Honestly it looks like Hashimoto's disease. Autoimmune disorder that attacks your thyroid and when in mid flare, your face gets that puffy look to it.

30+ add pounds is more like it.

Your body stops making fat cells at around 20 years old. The cells can get bigger, but the number of cells won't increase.

So, when you get a tummy tuck and gluteal scaping at say 30 years old, instead of depositing fat in those areas, the fat is deposited in the face, neck, legs, and upper back.

This is why lots of Hollywood types in their 60s/70s look like they have thyroid issues.

Some can look very strange if they've also had previous facial surgeries with uneven facial fat deposits
