Thinking about trying one of the local trails. Just curious your opinions on Media Bass and Team Trail Outdoors?

I fish both. In my opinion, TTO is the better run trail and has a much more legitimate feel to it. Media isn't bad, I just think TTO is much better.

I’ve never fished TTO. What I like about media is that I get to fish championships with guys from other states. Cool to get to fish against some guy from back when I lived in Louisiana and fished Media there. Oh and you can chose to fish more then just one Championship.

My partner and I fished the TTO last year for our first ever trail. Our expectations were to donate, have fun, learn, and meet some neat people. We accomplished each of those and are excited to be back this year. Not sure about media bass, but the TTO is run great and full of great people. I cant’t speak highly enough about the guys that run it. They were genuine and patient, and I loved the lake selections they had.

I live in Paris also and the Northeast and Fork Media divisions work well geographically with the limited time i have to fish. IMO you can't go wrong with Bass Champs,Media or TTO they all are run by guys who love tournament fishing.

I fish Media and love it. I will tell you that each Division of Media may be ran differently as they may have different Tournament Directors for some Divisions. Media has more of a pot luck type feel to it, in the Division I fish Media usually draws 30-50 boats depending on the lake. I have never fished TTO but from what I see and have read it seems to have more of a Big Time feel to it. I do fish Champs when they fish a lake in my area and I have a partner available, it is certainly more of a Big Time feel and they have the ability to draw 200 boats plus to some events.

One of the reasons I fish Media is because there is less boats. I fish solo on most of these team events so its a lot less stress getting in and out of the water. I tried fishing Champs as a solo and getting out of the water after the tourney is a total pain at most lakes. The division of Media I fish also has a very attentive Tournament Director that really hustles to make everyone's experience a good one.

I'm doing both, but fishing the Cowtown individual Media, so none of the dates conflict. This will be my first year with TTO, but have know those guys for years. I haven't heard a negative word from anyone about TTO.

I'm a donor on the TTO trail. The world needs donors.
