To get rid of the holiday weight gain, we stir-fried fish with more vegetables  . This 2-minute video shows how simple the recipe is. It works for bass, catfish, perch, rockfish, cod, tilapia and any white meat fish we could think of. might give that a shot. you make it look so easy but for me a lot of practice is necessary. Thank you and Happy New Year !! The hardest part is to get freshest fish and I guess folks on this forum don't have to worry about that One lesson I learned is that fish are so tender and that's why my wife mixed the fish with vegetable very gently in the video. good luck
