If itโs tennis elbow, I suggest cortisone shots.

How did you hurt it,...there's a lot of remedies and treatments on line, (I know). Rest and advils work best. Later exercise to strengthen the area. Shots are not always the answer. Read, read, read, and if nothing works see a doctor...I'm in elbow 'rehab' now, its been 6 weeks. I'm at 90% now.

Anybody having suggestions for elbow brace or remedies for elbow issues, Thanks Many factors to consider: 1. Age? 2. Activity level and is this dominate or non dominate elbow? 3. What caused it? Specific injury or degeneration over time? 4. Are you interested in a long term solution or short term 'band aid'? If long term solution is your goal then Cortisone shots and bracing are not the answer. these will get you by and make you functional in the short term ONLY. 5. Have you seen a physician for this before? Typically elbow issues do not orignate in the elbow at all unless there is a specific structural abnormality.

Might try Voltaren gel.
You will need a prescription from an MD, but it works on my elbows and shoulders after a long day of bass fishing.

I had chronic problems with mine. I went to Arrosti 3 times and it is WAY better. The treatment hurts and you have to do the physical therapy and stretches but it has reduced pain by 75% over 5 months.

I used to work with a ton of their North Texas clinics. Some insurances cover 100%. Others do not cover any but their outcomes are wonderful and typically shorter than the average rehab treatment plan.

Mine hurts on the inside of my elbow. I have know idea why but after drop shot or jerkbait fishing it hurts for a while. It seems to always be getting a little worse.
The day after catching a lot of fish is still a good day.
