Dare I say that they are the best in the Big 12 since they were the only team to win their bowl game.    Discuss amongst you because I could care less about UT Football.

Big 12 was extremely weak this yr. This^^^^^ who cares at this point. The season was a suck-fest. Until Texas is ready to get back on the big boy stage and beat OU then get to the CFP, discussing them is a waste of time.

In the defense of the big 12, the matchups they got for the bowl games were absolutely terrible compared to what other conferences got.

Texas always shows up for the do nothing-no one cares bowl. lol 2 Rose Bowl wins. 1 Sugar Bowl win. 1 Fiesta Bowl win. 1 Cotton Bowl win. Those weren't no one cares Bowls but they have won most of the no one cares Bowls as well. 12-3 since the beginning of the 21st century.

The matchups did look bad on paper, and I was all on that thought when the matchups came out, but it's the big 12's own fault. OU didn't belong talent wise in the playoff but they got in and got hammered. That left Baylor (Big 12 #2), who had no business being on the field with a half depleted Georgia (SEC #.. 2,3,4?) and got hammered. The problem is the next group of teams that all were "3rd" in the Big 12 vs other conferences, Ok St Texas Iowa St K State Georgia Florida Alabama Auburn Wisconsin Michigan Minnesota Iowa Notre Dame Which of these groups doesn't belong? The big 12 were "Overmatched in unfair matchups" because the 3rd best teams, ALL OF THEM, in our conference, suck.
