Well, apparently I am behind times and decided to take the scenic route home from work today. Took a drive by one of my child hood places where we always put the boat in, I have tons of memories from there. That’s all that’s left. That place is wiped clean. Anyone know what happened. I was shocked when I saw that. I quit going there years ago because no one ever had minnows that way. Thanks for any answers.

SRA took i over and are going to build a pavilion and boat ramp system similar to the one at Rayburn.

I hated to see it gone too. It use to be my most reliable place to get bait on the south side.

I also have childhood memories of fishing lake Tawakoni. We fished out of White deer landing. It's gone for awhile now. Use tear the crappie and catfish up at that place.
