Acquired a spare trolling motor and would like to install a quick connector of some kind up front to make changing out quicker - its on a 2013 Legend which I'm pretty sure has 6 ga wiring from the batteries - does anyone know where I can get some kind of connector - does the wiring from the trolling motor to the connection point in the bow have to be 6 ga also? One trolling motor is a MK 101 36 volt the other is a MK 112 36 volt.

thanks

You might find what you want on the MK site. I have one for my Ulterra.

Battery Tender is by far the best trolling motor plug...a little pricey but very well engineered

+1 on Battery Tender. I've got them on my Ultrex and Fortrex spare

Look at Anderson Power Pole connectors on Ebay. I believe you can find them 15A, 30A, 45A, on up to 120A ratings.

The connector housings come in virtually every color of the rainbow which makes identifying circuits easy if you are rewiring a boat

I've used these in telecom systems so they are pretty reliable.

I use these, have them on winch connections on atv and utv, the fortrex. get a good crimper and I use a small torch to solder the connector to the wire.
