All of them. However I may have caught a Bluegill accidentally while fishing for Catfish.

Well...I don't think there are any redbreast, green, longear or warmouth in Fayette, so of the 2 remaining...red ear are harder to catch because you have to let the bait sit longer b4 the bite. It also helps to have the bait on, or closer to the bottom than for bluegill.

I have caught plenty of five of the six sunfish this past year. The Warmouth however was the hardest for me to find. peep I can count on one hand the total number I caught in 2019! hide2

They have a bazillion up in Oklahoma in the clear, rocky shorelines and creeks. Many days while a kid, I'd settle for these instead of bass which were a rarity in the small creeks I frequented.

I might just put some of those Oklahoma Creeks on my bucket list of places to fish. Love catching those Warmouth!. hooked

Side Note: The Nueces Canyon has some nice Warmouth! That water is also crystal clear! thumb

I may be wrong but I seemed to catch them around rocks and clear water more than dirty muddy areas. I think they liked the same areas smallmouth liked but that was 45 years ago and we didn't even have smallmouth except up in the NE part of the state like Lake Tenkiller. Now, I hear Lake Lawtonka (my old stomping grounds) has become quite a smallmouth lake. The Oklahoma state parks and wildlife guys did a ton of experimenting back in the 70's. They stocked Walleye in Ellsworth but didn't seem to do well. Heck, they even stocked Northern Pike in Lake Humphreys over by Duncan. Don't know if any were ever caught. It was like throwing against a wall and seeing what sticks.

The Warmouth was the most difficult to find for me! I know it was less than 10 for the year. hide2

Side Note: I have a friend who caught plenty this past year on a couple of rivers. woot

You are right on! Warmouth love clear water and structure such as rocks and bridge pillars. thumb

I have caught a few Warmouth on the San Saba River while trying to catch the larger bluegills for yellowcat bait... little tiger fish and very voracious when they strike.
