I know this is not a fishing report but every year my family collects warm items to give to the homeless. We LOAD up my truck and make several deliveries downtown.

Items such as sleeping bags, blankets, coats, hats, gloves, sweaters, long sleeve shirts, sweatpants, heavy socks, old boots, hand warrmers...

Anything is appreciated. I live in Plano and will meet you anywhere.

Let the current cowboy coaching dilemma be decided and you will get some replies. I would like to donate a couple sleeping bags. What’s the best way to do it. Gift card? Ship them? Shoot me a pm and we will figure it out

I live 10 minutes from downtown Dallas and we have a chronic problem with homeless people becoming violent, stealing and being public nuisances

DPD tells us they don’t have the resources to deal with the problem

Have we contacted our city councilman? YES

Have we organized local watch committees? YES

I wish all of these once-a-year Christian do-gooders would come and get these bums and MOVE them to where they live in Plano, Frisco, Westlake, etc.

With 100% assurance I can tell you Jews, Buddhists, Mormons and Muslims aren’t running around Dallas distributing food and clothing, BOTH PRACTICES I might add, are against Dallas City ordinances
