Anyone know anyone that does trailer repair in DFW? I am pretty sure I have a bent spindle. I am not sure if a new axle is in order or of someone could weld on a new one on this one. I am trying to make this fix as economical as possible. If I figure out how to post a pic I will. It used to be a lot easier when I could use Photobucket.

it didn't embed but it works if you click the link. Perhaps the inner bearing is blown but i think the spindle is bent.

Knock the hub cap off and remove the cotter pin and castle nut, pull the hub off and look, it will be easy to see what you have at that point. Just from what I see, I would say you will probably have some spindle damage at the very least

+ 1 on McGill in Lewisville.

Had them build me a new axle and I installed it at home... Was all quality parts and paid a fair price.
