No pics but envision a strong mark (similar to a V) from top of the water column towards and tracking your bait. In three different locations over a mile apart in the same bay, I had a single loon or other species (not cormorant) hassle me...

I asked about the Hydro wave because I've noticed on several occasions a loon or two diving very close to my boat. And they seem to stick around longer than normal. I've cast a hard bait past them many times hoping there were fish under them. They will go after a bait at times.
