 Texoma carp record cpr!

We thought what should we do?who’s going to help get it certified today? how could we make this happen?so after a quick pic we decided to just let it go but check out this beast.7’ medium rod 14# mono. Great fish!! That looks to be a bigmouth buffalo. The rod and reel record for them on Texoma is 47 pounds.

I’m pretty confident it was heavier than that but not worth destroying to not be sure

There is no Catch&Release Big Mouth Buffalo Record for Texoma. If you have a photo showing the fishes length along with the picture of the angler holding the fish you can submit it for the C&R Record for Texoma.

I wish I did but it fought so long and went to scoop it up had to hold the net straight up and down to even pick it up and when we got in the boat it was bound and determined to break something so we did not mess around with it too long

Again GREAT catch and a GREAT job on the release.
