Over the last 20 some odd years Jones has been able to make the Cowboys one of the richest organizations in professional sports with a .500 team.
As long as he can keep raking in the dollars with a mediocre team and mediocre "yes men" coaches, he will continue to do so.
I was a fan since the early Tom Landry days so I still remember when winning was expected and nothing less, so it's been especially tough to watch what has happened over the years.

Jerry has tarnished his legacy.
Money can’t buy happiness or playoff wins
Moving the stadium and practice facilities outside of Dallas and Dallas county cemented his primary goal as financial
He turned a once passionate franchise into a soulless ATM
In doing so, he crushed the spirit of many fans (just like when Al Davis moved the Raiders)
The color green, not blue nor red, courses through his veins
He has turned the franchise into a circus for money
Having his stadium with end zones East and West next to Six Flags couldn’t be more appropriate.

This game came down to one play. The third and two that Zeke took himself out on. I would guess his handlers direct him to pace himself to enjoy a longer career. The coaching staff obviously has no nuts or how could they let this happen on such a key play. Obviously he doesn’t give a damn about winning. He already got paid. And as far as a team loaded with talent. Talent, where on paper. To be deemed talented I would think you would need results,not useless stats.

Could not disagree more, a 70 percent Zeke is not as good as a 100 percent Pollard, besides that many on here were crowing that pollard could and should be the running back. I believe Zeke was hit or landed on his head, to say he took himself out because he does not give a damn is wrong.

They will never have the right character with him as the owner. He limits the coaches and players with the culture he creates. Oh well.

It would be hard to fault the offense this year but the defense has not played up to expectations . Low numbers in turnovers and sacks, DLaw and Smith underperformed and the run defense was porous at critical times
