IMO the Dallas Cowboys have a lot of great talent but they do not have great team. Watching the players on the sidelines none of them seem to be interested or involved in what their team mates are doing. Just no chemistry or enthusiasm. I think this can be placed on management and coaching.

Watching them reminds me of my HS baseball team with a coach that wore us out, bored us to death with poorly managed practices. We beat #4 team in nation and were ranked top in the state but were so burned out and done with things didn’t even win district. Granted was a tough district but horrible head coach took extremely talented team and burned us out. Kinda what i see with the boys. They have no fire or passion. Players nor coaches chewing anyone out on sidelines. No pride and clappy is clappin and getting hand slapped about 50% of the time he attempts it.
