The crappie have been in the creeks since the beginning of November and this cold weather is helping the bite. I fished a creek with a cold front coming in and they didn’t seem to mind. Don’t let people say the fronts slow the bite in the creeks because they don’t. I hope you all enjoy!

That’s some great info at the beginning of the video. Is it bad I recognized that creek by the 3:04 point of the video.

I saw people trying with a bobber and it wasn't working Saturday. I tried it too. I do good during spawn that way.

They probably weren’t in the right spot or were moving it too much. I mention in the video how slow I had to work it to get bit. Try slowing it down 👍

Enjoyed the video. Not sure it's going to work on our Central Texas creeks that have very little cover, but it looks like fun, so I'll give it a try.

Thank you for watching! If there isn’t much cover, you might try fishing deep holes. Sometimes they just stack in them with no cover.
